Apollo, a gentle Great Dane who originally came to the shelter with a very bleak prognosis, would likely have lost his life there because shelter staff suspected cancer and were out of time and resources. Thanks to your generosity, we were able to pull him into rescue and start immediate care. Your donations are covering:

Heartworm treatment
Treatment for Lyme disease
X-rays to confirm cancer free
IV fluids and supplements to help him regain ~20 pounds
Medications to treat a liver infection
A scheduled neuter once he’s stable

Because of these interventions, Apollo already has an adoption pending, a second chance he would not have had without you.

Starla, a senior pup in our care, will soon receive a much-needed dental and an eye appointment to improve her comfort and overall health.
